A seasoned banker with over 50 years of experience in various leadership roles, including Vigilance & Investigation, Credit Management, and Forensic Audit. He served as Chief Vigilance Officer and General Manager at Dena Bank, overseeing audits and compliance with the RBI.

At SBI, he was DyGM & Circle Finance Officer, managing operations and audits. He also conducted forensic audits for credit cooperatives, assisted the Mumbai Police while leading a Forensic Audit Company, and managed a Regional Manager role for a major Gold Loan Company in India.

Brings over 25 years of leadership experience within the Tata group, including roles in a full-service airline, FMCG, manufacturing, mutual funds, and engineering. His expertise spans corporate legal governance, ethics audits, drafting, arbitration, training, and legal process implementation.

After nearly two decades at Tata, he served as Head Legal and Company Secretary at Tata SIA Airlines and Infiniti Retail. He now serves as Mentor, Senior Advisor, and Non-Executive Director, leveraging his extensive experience for the organization's growth.
